With so many people headed to SW Florida in the recent years there are numerous assisted living facilities and apartment complexes breaking ground. Bluewater has been a part of many of these recent developments from start to finish.

Outparcel Construction

Bluewater has completed numerous outparcel sites including all site work from commencement to certificate of occupancy. This is includes erosion control, clearing, import fill, building pad preparation, utility construction and storm drainage installation, preparation of subgrade, limerock installation, curb / flat work and final paving and striping. These out parcels have many uses from gas stations, banks, restaurants, retail, grocery, special use, storage facilities, industrial, etc.

Clubhouse & Amenity Areas

We have worked on many local amenity and clubhouse projects and re-models such as Bear’s Paw, Bonita Bay, Lexington, The Quarry, Wellington, Helm Club, Kensington, and Foxfire.

Sanitary Pump Stations

Bluewater’s deep utility crews are experienced in various lift station installations, from small grinder stations used on small single use buildings to large master lift stations and municipal owned pump stations.
